Croeso i Ddosbarth Fioled . My name is Edd Sprague. I am the Year 6 class teacher and Senior Teacher in our school. Mrs Gover, my year 6 colleague and I hope you enjoy looking at our learning experiences and inquiries. We share Mrs Leanne Lawry and Mrs Amanda Davies as additional support adults.

This term, our inquiry is called 'Does the past shape our future?'. Our year group aim is to make people more aware of the rich history the Rhondda has to offer; particular focus being on the 'Blue Plaques' and focus on these from a child's point of view'. From the historical research we undertake, we aim to create a 'Blue Plaque trail' leaflet in collaboration with a local business. These to made available in local libraries and shops.

We use circle time on a Monday morning to check in around any news, experiences or issues children have had over the weekend.

PE - Thursdays: Sporting Marvels (Wear appropriate kit - white polo top, black/grey shorts/leggings

Swimming - Autumn Term (Sept - Dec 24)

Homework - Homework will be given to pupils on a Friday. The work will be due in on a Wednesday.
