Myself and Mrs Davies welcome you to class 2L or our new name Dosbarth Porffor

This term, our whole school inquiry is 'Treorchy Treasures'. We will be talking about what makes us unique, happy and healthy both physically and mentally. We will explore harvest and where our food comes from in the build up to our Harvest Festival at the beginning of October. We will be discussing people less fortunate than us and donating food to the Salvation Army food bank. We will be looking at what is special about Treorchy and comparing our lovely town to our Capital City. We will also look back at Treorchy from years gone by. We will explore different modes of transport from land to sea and air and eventually look at travel to space!
