🏀 PE is on a Wednesday- please can your child wear their white polo, school cardigan/jumper and dark joggers
📚 Reading books are sent out on a Friday and to be returned every Wednesday
Our Learning Environment
Our environment is one of a calming, cosy space that ensures the children feel safe and secure and happy in school.
Real, authentic, open-ended resources are easily accessible in the classroom and are placed at eye-level. They include items that are made from natural materials such as wood to encourage children to think of their own ideas when it comes to choosing areas to play in and using their imaginations to their full potential.
🍂 Our Autumn Inquiry 🍂
This term our inquiry is called ‘My Talents and My Team’.
We will be getting to know each other as we move to our new class. We will be sharing information about our lives and our families, and the hobbies that we enjoy outside of school.
We will explore different types of talents that people have such as art, sport and movement, music and cooking. We will identify what we are good at, and have the confidence to try new things.
At the end of our inquiry we will showcase all that we have learned and discovered, and share some top tips for trying a new hobby with our families.
