Meet our Parent Council members

2025-26!

Hello, My name is Rhian. My daughter is in Year 1 and loves school! We live in Treorchy opposite the infants. I wanted to join parent council this year to be a voice for others and be a link between parents and school. I'm keen to support all the wonderful things the school does and continues to do and contribute to any improvements benefiting our children.

My name is Gemma Jones. I have lived in Treorchy all of my life and attended Treorchy Primary School when I was little. I have one niece and one daughter in the school and I became part of the parent council because I would like to be proactive in my daughter’s school life and help to make it as happy as possible for all pupils.

My name is Miroslava Kelland, I have a three-year-old daughter who has just joined Treorchy Primary this September going to the Nursery class . She absolutely loves school, so I thought that it would be a great idea to join the parent council to get involved as well.

We have been living in Treorchy for nearly 4 years now and find it a wonderful place to live. I enjoy doing Arts and Crafts and anything that has to do with animals.
